ACCESSIBLE: Spaces, facilities and services that meet the functional and dimensional requirements needed to guarantee an autonomous and comfortable visit by people with reduced mobility and/or other impairments.

PRACTICABLE: Spaces, facilities and services that, whilst they do not comply with all of the requirements needed to be classified as “accessible”,  do not prevent people with reduced mobility and/or other impairments from visiting, as long as they have the help of another person.
