This popular charity walk is coming back to Arona, to take place on 11 December. The funds raised at the event will go to the battle against breast cancer. The Carrera por la Vida/Walk for Life Foundation is a charitable organisation based in the Canary Islands that strives to meet the needs of breast cancer patients and their families, and to raise awareness of the importance of early detection.
This year’s Walk will begin at Siam Mall in Costa Adeje, then it will go down Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina to finish at Avenida de las Américas/The Golden Mile in Arona. The Walk is a fundraiser to give breast cancer patients psychosocial support and to improve their quality of life.
