On the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8 March, the Adeje Youth Centre is organising an event aimed at showing the talent of local young women. The event is part of the Stendhal Cultural Programme.
The event includes performances by the girls from the Adeje School of Music and Dance and the winners of the 11th Micro-Story Contest Against Gender-Based Violence. It also includes the exhibition Herstory II, showing historic photos by women that have become icons of feminism.
