Peter Pan, Never Grow Up

Fussion Teatro are staging a new version of the classic tale created by J. M. Barrie. Their family show offers a simple lesson to children and grown-ups alike: “You don’t need to see it to believe it. If you believe, there is nothing you cannot see.”

In this new version, the story is set in London, in the Darlings’ house in Bloomsbury. Wendy Darling, a girl with her head full of dreams, is in the playroom with her younger brothers, looking out a window framed by piles of books. Startled out of her musings by the racket the boys are making, she snatches off their tablets, showing them the world beyond this addictive technology. At first, the little boys seem unmoved, but when Peter Pan and his fairy, Tinker Bell, call on the Darlings’ house, the magic sets in.
