La Casa de Los Balcones is a seventeenth-century mansion (completed in June 1632). It is considered to be the prime site for openwork anywhere in the Canaries, this house combines architecture, history, tradition, folklore and craft products where you can enjoy not only the famous Canarian openwork but also what is perhaps the outstanding museum of Canarian customs and traditions.
The typical Canarian courtyard stands out with its row of balconies on the upper two floors and its lush tropical vegetation.
This is an ideal spot to disconnect, relax and get to know the Canarian culture and the people in a "journey back in time".
