Boat in the bay of Puertito de Adeje in Tenerife, with a cliff in the background.

Puertito de Armeñime Beach

You will be dazzled by the crystal clear waters and stunning ocean floors in this small bay in the region of Armeñime, in the municipality of Adeje. The black sand beach houses a tiny marine reserve.

Since 2005, this is the scene of a project for environmental preservation, research and education that aims to restore the ocean floors that have been degraded by the lime urchin.
