Feel the goodness of the weather

The calm and dry atmosphere in the area is perfect for spending long sunny days of peaceful relaxation. It has the perfect combination of spring-like weather and natural surroundings.

The sun is good for you in a lot of ways: it activates your natural defences, boosts vitamin D production, raises your spirits and keeps you in an optimistic mood. And if you soak up its rays at the seaside, what more could you ask for? All of this comes easy in this area of Tenerife, which is home to a great many beaches, mostly made of golden volcanic sand, plenty of which have been awarded a blue flag by the EU for their quality and amenities.

All along the coastline of Arona and Adeje is a fabulous promenade by the beach, which locals and tourists often choose when they want to get some exercise or simply take a stroll with a sea view. The ultimate relaxing experience. If you are looking for something a bit more physically demanding, explore one of the many hiking trails spread about the territory.
